Access Reservations You can access your bookings directly via your Gomingo Dashboard by either clicking on Bookings shortcut or Reservations menu on the right as shown in the image below:
Using Planning as Front Desk Solution & Adding Reservation Manually Planning is where you can see all your reservations in one place. From here you can also add reservations manually,
Adding and/or Managing Your Rooms NOTE: Hotel Profile and Rooms are managed separately: HOTEL PROFILE: (highlighted in yellow in the image below) – this is where you add the Hotel Address, General Hotel
View Reservation and Reply via Inbox Inbox is where you can find the guest and host communication, you can view reservations from here onwards too by clicking on Booking Reference
